ACCURATE CNC MACHINING
We own modern large-capacity machining centers. Most of them are characterized by full automation and the highest accuracy.
The centers are mainly focused on the production of legs under upholstered furniture, board material, table legs and slats.
TURNING
Thanks to the fact that we own a lathe for both smaller volumes and a fully automatic lathe, we are able to satisfy any customer.

MANUAL FORMATTING AND MILLING
Manual formatting and milling of parts is also common for us, it pays off especially for smaller series, where there are no great requirements for accuracy.
There is no need to pay for CNC programming and the whole process is significantly cheaper.
SANDING
A comprehensive sanding of each part (under the varnish) is necessary, according to customer requirements. Chamfering of sharp edges of a part or radii on edges.
We own all modern sanding technologies, so almost no shape is a problem for us.
SURFACE FINISHING
According to the customer's request, we treat the surface with varnish, stain, paint or oil.
You can choose from our color spectrum, or we can precisely copy your specific color.
DISPATCHING
We deliver our goods mainly by company van.
If the customer is out of reach or it is a smaller volume, we use the services of well-established carriers with whom we have long-term cooperation.
About us
We are a Czech family company founded in 2006. The company originated from a firm Hokr, which started its production of wooden furniture parts in 1993. The company is located near a Czech-German border in the village of Malý Bor.
We deal with mass production of wooden furniture legs, table parts and armrests. Furthermore, we trade in metal legs. We use mostly oak and beech wood, however, spruce, pine, or walnut are also available.
Our products are surface-treated with painting, oiling and dipping at customer‘s request. We are able to make both turned and milled products according to the customer‘s exact design.
We have maintained satisfied customers throughout Europe for over 20 years. Thanks to large stocks of material, we are able to meet short delivery times.

EU Funding
